This is just what the text is going to look like, I'm going to film a series of stop motion and real time film clips to go behind the text. the video below is a short example of what I mean. I'm planning to use a chalk board for this because its all about geometry so wanted it to be a bit like a maths lesson.

Here are some stills from an old sesame street episode about teaching shapes and words, which I want to recreate for some parts of the video.

(Sorry its late had MAJOR issues with rendering and upload!)

  1. the seasame street visuals are amazing, if your video incorporates that visual style then i think it could look really great, but im confused by the chalkboard part of the idea, i get it means like teaching and lesson, but i think this could restrict your visual language too greatly (chris from jans)

  2. Keep working with geometrical shapes, maybe use them as a grid for placing the lyrics? Love Make-Up and Sesame Street, so I think this is a nice combination. I think maybe you just have to settle for a direction. Good luck!

  3. I more like geometrical one,but the third picture is a little hard to read.Maybe don't use too many colors and only use in the certain area that show the words inside the octagon.

  4. Are the colour bars part of the work? They're nice but we weren't sure.

Use the full frame of the screen more. Sometimes the type could be right up to the edges.

At times the very visual (descriptive) words start to do something but this could be pushed a lot more. Look at this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ao8rYYKWpfM
